Hello, was  wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a structural engineer  that they would be willing to give. I have a basement underpinning project that I'm going to do myself on my first potential brrr property. I've got the equipment, time, and will to take on this effort just need it to count in sqft living space... Any tips would be awesome

Any suggestions for figuring rental charge for a potential investment property other than calling a PM company or Craigslist? Just wondering if there was a MLS for rentals or something. More data would give a better average...
