personally i would leave all that stuff up to the phone/cable provider. do you want calls coming in asking for"HBO", or "why aint Jerry Springer on!"

rich
my tenants are middle to low income in Camden NJ which was "Most dangerous city in America" two years in a row. i don't get $2000 a month like Bill, my tenants pay $900-$950 i get high end appliances off craigslist from $50-$100 dollars and they like it and they tend to stay longer IMO. i just feel lowest price per foot is a factor of course, but quality is important too

yes bill can be a trouble maker, so please don't put me in that group of people

and what i was saying before is "i wouldn't paint my floors in my house, and i wouldn't do it in a rental

urine is not going to penetrate 2 coats of poly, it will go through carpet into sub floor then you got problems

the problem with paint i heard(because i would never do it) is that it starts to chip and the friction from the wood moving causes the paint to dust, and i don't want to imagine kids or babies crawling on paint dust. i've always rented a sander from home depot, and a can of polyurethane and it looks great after a couple of coats.
