Well a few of my searches were suggested from Brandon on some older podcasts. I am trying to listen to them all from 1-218. Sometimes he will suggest a post and I can never find them. - I was also searching info on how to add a photo to my bio - also some info about 203K loans as I am applying for one now and was hoping to gather info on my best options Thanks for taking time to read my original and reply

I have been on the site for a few months now and every time I have question or hear some great advice on the podcast I turn to the forums. Problem is I have never had a search result in anything close to what I was looking for. Any help with this would be great. Also if anyone reading is really handy with the site, I keep getting emails saying we have missed you on the site. Which is confusing because I'm always reading articles. Sometimes I notice the app has logged me out or maybe it's referring to me not posting more. I want to be active on the site and make connections.

Great Reply, appreciate the detailed answer, just not a fan of only looking for ways to continually stayed leveraged on all your properties. My goal even starting is out is to find a path to on properties free and clear. thanks

Interested in real estate investing looking to do by and holds and some flips and been doing lots of research and listening to lots of bigger pockets podcasts. One thing I can't understand is how much I hear about leveraging properties is better than cash and that it returns higher. I especially hear Brandon turner always pushing leveraging properties and hear him talking about properties only returning $100-$200 after expenses. How is this better than a paid off property netting you a full months rent every month? Hoping to do my first deal this year. New to the site, hungry to learn and any advice is very appreciated. Also not sure how easy it is to get traditional financing on a first investment property when I already have a mortgage on my current home. Interested in the BRRR method but unsure the benefit of netting such a small amount monthly.
