Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Closer | $15K–$20K+/mo Performance-Based | 35-Hour Week
Location: Remote (U.S. only)
Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 35 hours/week
Compensation: Base + Commission + Bonuses

What You’ll Do:

  • Speak with motivated landowners ready to sell
  • Present offers, negotiate, and secure signed contracts
  • Work warm leads only—no cold calling, no list building
  • Leverage support from pricing and due diligence teams
  • Use our CRM, preloaded with seller info and automated follow-up plans, to stay focused on closing


Compensation:

  • $2,250/month base pay
  • 8.5% commission on all closed sales
  • $500 bonus for each signed seller contract that passes due diligence and is listed
  • Quarterly performance bonuses available
  • Most start at $6K–$8K/month
  • $15K–$20K+/month is within reach for strong, consistent closers
  • No cap—your results drive your income

What You Bring:

  • Proven remote sales experience (3+ years preferred) in real estate, land, insurance, high-ticket, or similar
  • Fluent English with no accent; clear, confident phone presence
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to convert opportunities into contracts
  • Ability to build rapport with a wide range of sellers, especially older and rural landowners
  • A consistent closer who enjoys talking to people and getting deals done
  • Self-managed, reliable, and performance-driven

We’re hiring a top-tier closer to join our high-performing land acquisition team.

This isn’t a script-reading, warm-and-fuzzy sales job. We’re looking for a confident, skilled negotiator to turn warm leads into signed contracts. You’ll speak with U.S. landowners who already showed interest in selling—and your job is to build trust, negotiate hard, and close the deal.

Compensation:

Base salary (based on experience + region)
5% commission on every deal closed
$27,500 average deal profit = $1,375 per closed sale
Bonuses for beating KPIs – per deal & quarterly
Commissions paid as soon as the deal closes
No cap. If you can close, you can earn.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $5,000 – $10,000+ monthly
