Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Closer | $15K–$20K+/mo Performance-Based | 35-Hour Week
Location: Remote (U.S. only)
Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 35 hours/week
Compensation: Base + Commission + Bonuses
What You’ll Do:
- Speak with motivated landowners ready to sell
- Present offers, negotiate, and secure signed contracts
- Work warm leads only—no cold calling, no list building
- Leverage support from pricing and due diligence teams
- Use our CRM, preloaded with seller info and automated follow-up plans, to stay focused on closing
Compensation:
- $2,250/month base pay
- 8.5% commission on all closed sales
- $500 bonus for each signed seller contract that passes due diligence and is listed
- Quarterly performance bonuses available
- Most start at $6K–$8K/month
- $15K–$20K+/month is within reach for strong, consistent closers
- No cap—your results drive your income

What You Bring:
- Proven remote sales experience (3+ years preferred) in real estate, land, insurance, high-ticket, or similar
- Fluent English with no accent; clear, confident phone presence
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to convert opportunities into contracts
- Ability to build rapport with a wide range of sellers, especially older and rural landowners
- A consistent closer who enjoys talking to people and getting deals done
- Self-managed, reliable, and performance-driven
