If you were bird dogging though, you are trying to collect as much info as possible without having to pay for such expenses as contractors and in my case I wouldnt be able to afford it...Unfortunately I do not have the knowledge or skill of assessing a value for rehab work to include with the info to the investor.....What would be my best option in this situation?

When collecting as much info on a RE prospect to send to an investor, how is the best way to estimate total rehab costs within a 20% radius if I have no prior rehabbing experience? Is there a formula to go by as I am sure I am not the first to have this dilemma? Thank you very much for your feedback in advance..... :D

This was the first educational book I ever read and boy did it open my eyes... Many people knock it because he didn't give them a step for step process as some books do but that was not really his intentions...He opened your eyes to be more then you could be and in my mind that far outwieghed the alternatives...

When you are out driving through neighborhoods looking for prospective REI (birdogging for RE investors) what key elements should you lookk for? Is driving the best way to go about it? Thank you in advance for you help...

Now everyone might think I am crazy if I buy this because it is something that is second nature to most here, just as there are a few things that come second nature to me that I would think people would be crazy to buy. But I do know if a person truly desires to learn something such as I do about REI then this would be the place to start, and since I don't know how to Birddog either I have to take initiative to learn. But if by chance anyone knows a cheaper course or book that would teach me everything I needed to know about birddogging I would greatly appreciate it....Thanks folks..

All I know in the world of real estate investing is the books I've read ( currently "Creating Wealth by Robert Allen") and the infomercial Russ Dalbey on buying notes I bought... I appreciate the archives of knowledge I'm sure your site possesses and hope that I can learn everything I will need to become as well equipped as you folks have.. See you around... 8)
