@Jordan Burke

Hey Jordan! Like you I am new to the BP community and new to the REI world. It is nice to see another student from BYU getting involved in REI. I am a student at BYUI and currently finishing up my degree online.

As we are both starting out I am excited to see how your buciness grows and the success that you have!

Being that I am new to the game and still learning.... I have a few questions

So hypothetically lets say that my LLC bought a home outright in cash and did a complete renovation, and it did it all with investors money. So now that the home is finished, I would have to sell it in order to pay back the investors. My question is, Is there a way to take a loan out against the property in order to pay the investors their portions, but keep the property in the goal of renting it out? what loan options do I have? I have thought about a home equity loan, but the issue is that the home is titled to y company and I have only owned it for 2 months, no the needed 6 months. So what other options do I have to both pay the investors back and keep the property in the name of the business?

Hey y'all,

So I am new to the BP community and as a new investor I have thousands of questions! There is a lot to learn in REI and I am very eager to lean as much of it as I can.

A little about me, I am from the Southern California area and have lived here most of my life. In the next couple months my Wife and I will be relocating to the Twin Falls area in Idaho. Upon our arrival in Idaho we plan to become very involved in the local real estate market. We want to set up a REI firm that focuses in multi-unit rental properties, as well as property management and real estate flips. My wife will also be getting her real estate license as soon as we arrive in Twin Falls.

Like I stated, we are very eager to learn, grow, and begin investing as soon as we can! I greatly appreciate any and all help we can get!!
