Most people rent it out anyway, I'm just saying..... As long as you don't 6/7 cars in the driveway and respectful tenants, you might slip through the radar....

If the executor is authorized to sell the home, either by the estate (will or trust) they may be able to sell it. If the estate has awarded the home to the heirs and the estate has been settled then all 17 heirs will probably have to sell the home. Or the heirs can authorize the executor (power of attorney) to sell. It really depends on the estate, the way the estate was settled and the way the will was drawn up. I think you need and attorney to review the estate.  I will send you a colleague request with an attorney referral.  Best of luck!
