Appreciation is the name of the game in NYC, if you venture into the Bronx you'll have more of a ROI and cash flow, but Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn are over saturated. With 600k, you could purchase a few of distressed properties in NJ (as an example) and capitalize off those markets. You'd have a decent ROI and cap rate.

You have the block and lot number; most counties/towns will allow you to find out the tax information from those two qualifiers alone. Otherwise, you can use a company that does listservs if that would help.

Hi everyone, I'm new to the real-estate world. I'm more familiar with being a buyer, but I"m interested in getting involved in Wholesale real-estate. I was hoping for some tips for where to start. I've pulled some county listings, I'm considering getting an agentpro24/7 membership (I know the data isn't necessarily up to date), I have my sellers letter ready to go, but I'm not sure the best way to build up my buyer base. Any suggestions are welcomed! Thanks!
