Hello! My name is Marianne, I'm new to BP,  together, my business partner and have bought and done major remodels on 3 homes. We are currently seeking short-term residential investing and wholesaling opportunities in San Mateo County/Bay Area with SFRs, duplexes and triplexes.

@AngieJones, my business partner, turned me on to BP. I started out by listening to podcasts, and have tried to research and get up to speed on as much as possible on the BP website. I'm truly impressed by this community and look forward to making connections here.

Hello,

I'm a new member to BP, I'm joining forces with a friend/colleague to start wholesaling in the Bay Area. We are interested in networking in the Silicon Valley/South Bay and I'm having a hard time navigating the local meetups. Many of them seem like they are pitching a product or service. We are looking for networking events where we can make new connections.

Any advice, suggestions and recommendations would be most appreciated.
