I just listed a Duplex For Sale in Orlando. FHA Loan Eligible - Only 3.5% Down for Owner Occupants. Perfect for House Hacking!

@Eddy Wehbe Orlando gets the most tourist traffic in the entire country. As long as the economy keeps doing well and people continue to take vacations I don't think you will go wrong with Orlando. Areas close to Disney that are zoned for STR typically give you the best returns and occupancy rates. So Davenport, Celebration, Kissimmee, Champions Gate are all great areas close to Disney with Neighborhoods zoned for STR.

Hello BP,

Looking to buy my first investment property and was wondering if I were to purchase a home, live in it and rent out rooms to my friends, do i have to pay taxes at the end of the year on the income i receive from them?
