I am looking to get my foot in the door with an experienced investor/flipper. I would ideally like to project manage a few flips. I have a granite countertops installation company and would like to utilize my trades in flipping. We also do tile and cabinets. if this sounds like anyone would be interested in give me call so we can discuss. Jason (586)854-2185

Post: Short Sale question

There is a condo that is listed in my area. The listing says $28000 subject to short sale. My question is im interested in the condo for myself. Is it possible to go to the buyer and offer to take over the payments without getting financing. Im pretty sure I have read something saying that I could do this. How would I go about this.

Ive been doing work for rehabbers for the past 10 years. Ive finally decided that i would like to get into the industry myself. I own a Granite and tile company here in michigan. I would like to utilize my own company and my industry connections to be successful in the RE industry. I live in a area of houses that are on canals, lakes and rivers. I just stumbled upon a nice Hud home on a local river and the asking price is $37000. Honestly my question is how do I even start? I would like to use borrowed money. Even if i was unable to sell the house (I dont believe I would have a problem doing so) i would buy it myself.
