Post: Looking for a mortgage broker in San Antonio

Hi, I have a property that I am interested in as my own first personal investment. I am looking for a mortgage loan that takes into consideration the property itself rather than my income, as I'm trying to do this full-time and do not have another pay-source. Anybody interested please inbox me. I'll send you the property information, etc.

Cant tell you how many clients I used to have where I've ranked their site and it didn't increase any leads or business for them and they wasted months and thousands of dollars because they focused on the wrong things.

too many people focus on SEO and growing their website first when they need to focus on making their website one that THEY would enjoy using if they happened to find it online. The more quality content you create the better your site will rank and be found.

And this is coming from someone who made a living doing SEO before getting into real estate.

Fantastic advice and I will take all into consideration!

Amazing tips, all noted! Thank you!

I would like to know the top 3 things you feel an investor website needs. This can be anything ranging from design, to content.

Feel free to share more than 3.

I would have been a pharmacist, but unfortunately things didn't pan out.  I might be able to live rent free in about a year with my parents other home, so that'll help. I can't get my license as of yet, but I am worried about not getting the degree because if I don't have a source of high income I won't ever be able to pay it off.

My wife and I went to one of there meetings, and at the third mention of there "big live event" we walked out. Another thing we noticed was many people taking notes, which lead us to believe that the majority audience were not yet investors. Which not to bad mouth a large group of people who are looking to start a new path to investing, but it is hard to learn from people who are just as or less experienced than you. I would recommend the meeting put on by Rick Pozos, Craft Brewed Real Estate of San Antonio, or Alamo REIA. These seem to be a more humble networking environment with a drive directed to helping its members more than making money off of them.

Hope this helps and doesn't disappoint you

Thank you for sharing your experience with me. To be honest, hearing about the live event was a turn off to me. I wish I didn't shell out my money for a membership if it was just going to be an up-sell. Now I'm wondering if there is anything we will be able to learn from the event if we don't participate in spending any more of our own money. I'm not sure I want this membership anymore.

Hey guys, as some of you may know, I'm starting wholesaling real estate. My only concern is, I do have a large student debt (due to extenuating circumstances, don't have the degree necessary to get a big check to pay it off). I left my previous school and joined a new school and am doing a real estate degree now (although financial aid is paying for the bachelors degree so far). Overall, I'm about 158K in the hole, with varying loans and interest rates, with the highest being 7.9% and the lowest being around 4% They are all in deferment as of now until 2019 for the most part, besides one which comes out of deferment next year.

From a RE viewpoint, is there any hope? Any way to manage to come out of this? I know living frugally will help, but anything else I can do? It's actually a bit of a disaster but rather than focusing on the negative I'm looking for a way out.

Please help, and thanks!

Thank you so much for the help and for the gathering, it was an honor meeting you and getting to network! I cannot wait for the next one. I am actively learning from these DVD's you have provided and will take as much information out of them that I can to absorb. I thought all of Bexar County's probate information was only available to be accessed via BCPIN and required a fee, etc.? If I can literally go downtown to the courthouse for free, that would be amazing and perfect!
