@Adam Guiffrida - imni retested I. Scranton as well and I was reading this old post and was wondering if you feel Scranton is still lucrative for real estate in general. All the data tells me it is but sometimes data is sliced/diced funny.

I am interested in multi family rentals but need to do some flips to get some cash flow going first. Your friends you mentioned (realtor, contractor, etc) exact info I was looking for. Let me know if you have some opportunities in mind at the moment.

BTW, I own a home health care and home care business In Orwigsburg PA for past 8 years. If you ever need any help/info with that I would love to help since you are so helpful.

Hi All,

I am in the process of purchasing a property for $120K. My offer has been accepted by the seller and I also have a business that will be moving in for a long term lease. I am already qualified for a conventional 80/20 loan but am looking for lesser down payment. If you are interested then let me know. Need to move fast on this one.

Thanks,

Mohammed.

@Joshua Fulenwider Could you please send me a copy of the sample financial statement your bank uses as well? For some reason I am not able to post my email as this is literally my first post on BP.  :)

not sure if you can send it privately to me on BP or if my email is needed?
