DeuceSevenOff

That was a good read.

Anyone out there think a global currency is on the table?

Opinions on that? Could it work? Is it a conspiracy?

I propose that with the continued globalization and consolidation of world markets it's eventually inevitable.

Rich,

Thanks for your thoughtful reply.

How much longer can we sustain this position?

Perhaps we should review our longterm portfolio gaols and diversify accordingly?

How could this reflect in the RE markets worldwide?

HHHMM??? (does anyone else hear squeaky wheels turning?)

Regards, Lee

I was contacting them in an effort to acquire listings however, not for myself. I was attempting to start something larger encompassing all of our companies markets. At the time I was working with the regional corporate director of Exit Realty in an effort to set up a value added site that directed listings from the banks through corporate to our individual offices/agents. I would be compensated through corporate a small % of each deal closed. Basically it came down to if they did it for us it would have to be done for C-21, GMAC ext.

Well Jon truthfully that is no surprise to me coming from you.

At least now that you have those links that will never happen again.

I invented the ab roller in my basement when I was 16 a dumbbell with one old weight on it.

And I'm not talking about any others till I finish my patent searches.

I cannot in good conscience sell it or give it out as I received it in confidence. I can tell you though it was not as helpful to me as getting on a site like Reuters or Forbes entering the banks ticker symbol & examine the executive staff ie. (Know there profiles execute due diligence in researching) find someone you can relate to contact them from your office's land-line. Professionally explain that you are contacting on behalf of ABC Realty and would like to ask him/her simply which asset manager he/she would recommend you work with.

Sometimes you call once others never answer.

However when you call the asset manager and say hello I am, I just received your # from Mr. Ms. CEO or Director they tend to be slightly more helpful.

Best, Lee
