Hi Jack, looks like we're in the same boat. I unfortunately had an inexperienced mortgage rep and went through the entire loan process including the appraisal only to find out we couldn't close because of the 6 month seasoning requirement.  

And yes, the loan would be on the appraised value.  I did find a bank that would loan on the cash you put into the property (purchase price and reno) but that doesn't work for us.  It's Quantum Bank located in Suwanee.  

Hello all! Im doing my first BRRRR and I'm looking for a lender that will let me cash out with no seasoning period. I've called dozens of banks and credit unions and I'm having a really hard time finding someone. The property is located in Georgia. Thanks in advance!
