 Yeah, good idea. The story thickens because she owes over $5K in back rent and has asked to use her security deposit to pay for the last month of her being there before she moves out on April 1st. The previous landlord used her full security deposit for issues and had installed pretty cheap cabinets before, does any of that matter in regards to having her move out as soon as possible?

How would you tell a tenant who doesn't take good care of the property that their request for new cabinets has been denied, the tenant has been there a few years and has not taken care of the unit but is now asking for new cabinets and for their rug to be removed. What's a diplomatic way to say this?
