Hello BP community!!!!
I would love to hear what business, autobiography, or real estate books (or any other subject) that have inspired you both in business and in personal growth! I just finished Shoe Dog by Phil Knight. What an incredible story! Would have never picked it up to read if it had not been a recommendation from one of the BP podcast guests (sorry, I can't remember which guest to give proper credit. @Brandon Turner might know to give credit to the source). I realized in reading that book that there is a lot to learn not just from the real estate books, I usually pick, but also from people's personal journeys in life and business. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

@Terrell Garren As long as you treat all tenants the same (meaning if others are late, you charge them with late fees as well) We don’t want any discrimination! Lol
I agree then.. let the late fees roll in!

@Logan Hartle you could also reach out to a mobile home dealer and see if they might work a deal to move in a few homes on consignment. That way you do not have to pay upfront costs to fill the park. When the mobile sells, you each get your cut of the deal. The new owner would reimburse the cost to move and set it up as well. Continue the process until the park is full!

@Ryan Wiebe I think that would be illegal and a violation of their rights (unless you were their employer), but it would be a wonderful requirement..:-)
