Mike, thank you for your response and the advise. I will definitely look into those suggestions.

Thanks,

Patricia,

Thank you for the response. I thought Covid push some people away from the resorts. I do know that the Dominican Republics' tourism is currently growing and doing well.

Hopefully the prices firm up bit.

Thanks,

Richard

Mike, thanks for the response. I will definitely look into that.

Thanks,

Hi Andrew, thanks for your reply.

I'm not sure other than the local electric company who is exclusive in that area. I was thinking more about US based companies that place workers abroad. I'll have to research other large local corporations.

Thanks,

Richard

Hello,

We just finished setting up a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It is in Vista Cana, a gated community that is still under development. Although it is still under development there are sufficient ammenities available at the apartment project and within the community and people have started STR rentals. The prices are soft, mostly due to owner desperation in my opinion. I would like to explore longer term rentals of 3 months to 1 year to corporations or businesses. Does anyone have any suggestions as the best place to list the apartment for this type of rental?

Thank you,

Richard

Good morning, thanks for the response. I'd appreciate if you sent me a copy of that. I am looking for something to track what maintenance happened when, by who, the costs and how it was done. A reference for me to keep track and make the year end tax paperwork easier.

Thanks,

Richard

Hello all,

Hope all is having a great day. Does anyone have a maintenance record template that can be edited to fit my needs?

Thank you,
