Hola fellow investors.... have a question, need some advice. Just getting started in this here thing and thought what better way than to use my current primary's equity somehow. Need some advice on best route to go- my plan is to keep the house and rent using equity to build a new place that I can sell in a year. Thoughts?! Thanks in advance

Thanks Sydney Chase. They shouldn't and the home should cash flow about 500 a month. That should help me to recoup those cost fairly quickly.

With little capital, trying to do a refi on my current primary to lower payment and then rent out at current rate while looking for a new primary. Any thoughts, tips that have worked for anyone in the past? Bad idea?
