Hi everyone!

I am glad I found this website! Its a very good source of info. I am fairly new to RE investing and currently setting up to start with bird dogging in my area for interested investors as I learn more about the area and the business. I'm eager to learn and earn!!! I am looking to move into wholesaling and then a few rentals all in the next several months. Would also like to network and learn as much as I can from seasoned investors.
