I use Baselane for all of my rental property banking!

A few reasons I choose to bank with them:
-Very easy to set up business bank accounts under my LLCs

-Option to create virtual accounts under each LLC. I use this feature for separate accounts for each property that is under the same LLC.

-Cash Back on debit card payments (THIS IS THE BEST)

-Higher APY than is typical on checking accounts

My progression has been google sheets -> QuickBooks -> google sheets -> Baselane and Baselane has been by far the best decision.

I have a smaller portfolio, but Google Sheets takes so much time and leaves room for human error. For QuickBooks, I needed the more expensive program to do what I needed it to do, which wasn't worth the price tag.

I started using Baselane semi-recently and have been so impressed by the accounting integration. It is super straightforward and prompts me to tag all of my transactions with categories that correlate directly to Schedule E. I can also tag it by property to easily pull P&L for each property.

I am super happy with Baselane and excited to not have to spend so much time on bookkeeping and prepping things manually for my accountant.

Hi Everyone! Popping into the thread to say I'm also relatively new and looking for a rental property in Tulsa. I am out of state (Austin, TX) so always looking to connect with people who are actually in the area.

I am hoping to find something I can turn into a rental with very little effort. My ideal situation would be something that is already tenant-occupied. I've been doing my best to familiarize myself with the neighborhoods from afar, but would like to make a trip up sometime soon.
