Hi Stephany - we are always looking to find better licensed Brokers to work with. Are there certain cities that you know extremely well?We typically like our agents to only work a few cities that they know very well.Let me know if you would like to speak more about it. Also I would be happy to show you some of the project that we have recently completed so that you know that we are legit.

We have completed a few rehabs in the area.  In addition we are about to start a new project in a few weeks.

Oak Park is a great area for flips - but it is very important to know the local market and how to deal with the city.

If you have any questions let me know.

We are looking for an insurance provide for our flips. We have and are currently using a national vendor but feel the costs are just getting too high.

I would love to hear who people are using to properly insure their flips.

I am located in Chicago and would prefer a local vender but not a necessity.

A few borrowers on some of our flips have had their funds with Midland IRA, Inc, which is a Chicago company. They have been easy to work with.

Though as Chris Martin said - where they are located does not matter.
