Is anyone here investing in duplexes in or around Oklahoma City (OKC)? I have seen a few for sale, but most of the time only 1 unit is for sale.

Thanks everyone for your advice. I have verified that my property is listed on all the major websites. The house shows good however the neighborhood is not that good. I have lowered the price.

I have been trying to rent a house unsuccessfully for 5 months in Baltimore MD. I have a property manager and I have listed it on Craigslist and Postlets which lists it on multiple websites. Any suggestions?
