Sorry... You took such a big hit in that deal. If I may ask what did you pay for her MH here?? Because, I will only be doing deals at 3k or less. There seems to be plenty of MH's for sale around here in that price range. But, I'm guessing the MH you bought was much nicer and you paid much more then 3k for it??

Hello all… Just trying to get more info before I do my first Lonnie deal. Getting MH park mangers to agree to not charge you lot rent, while you’re getting the MH ready to be sold. Is this a common practice?? Why would the MH park manger agree to this??

Hello Jon... Your friend wants to stay on the east or northside of Rockford. He can pick up sfh deals from 30-50k
