Yes we can. It's a matter of charging per hour or a set fee determined by the scope of the project. Stick to a realtor who is licensed in OR and an expert on what you are looking for.

Welcome aboard. One thing lots of wholesalers use is constant contact for building their list. I'm not sure if you are using this. If you are or aren't I'm teaching a free class on this next week about how constant contact can be used in real estate investing.

I'm a licensed Realtor and constant contact business partner and trainer. Feel free to contact me directly.

Kudos sir, it's pretty nice. The most important things to me were the additional forums to better target people.

Look and feel is good. I thought I was going to hate it at first, by the time I scrolled through the first time I was impressed.

The "look and feel" and hovering, colors I know you'll get it right. Conceptionally it is awesome.

Great question Nick. I'd actually suggest a starting a new topic on this as I think it's unique. Plus you get more influence points :) I'm trying to figure that out as well and will get the answer within 72 hours.

Waiting for you PM. First off congrats you are a big time baller as the kids say these days. Montbello is a much better buy and hold area that is what my investor is focused on so that is where I look.

What's funny is I know several investors and they won't touch GVR with a 10 foot pole for flips, but love it for buy and hold.

Awesome job.

I'd love more detail. Is it officially closed and gone or is it still listed in the mls. I'd love to see it. I do more work in Montbello than GVR. Plus you never know I might have a property for you. One of my last deals almost blew up and looked for backup investors.

I'm just starting to use it. Posting in the Bigger Pockets groups and saw a link to this group. I'm @denverbroker

I just saw a great presenter on this and took good notes to write a blog about it.
