@Sara McLaughlin I would recommend seeking out a mentor or looking for work within the real estate field then identifying a strategy that will work for you. Wholesaling is definitely a great way to get started but i'd have to disagree that it's the easiest way.

I would like to know if I can visit my local CAD in Houston and get a list of zip codes that have SFH within a certain price range?
