@JPaul Mills Thanks for the help. Can I send my purchase agreement through email initially? Or do I need to use the title company to do that and have them sign with a notary?

HELP! A seller and I have come to an agreement for the purchase of their home, but they live out of town. I have not physically been on the inside of the home. I’ve only viewed pictures. They would like the inspection and closing to be completed within 2-3 days when they are in town. How do I handle this because I’m looking to wholesale this property and will need more time? Do I send them a contract? And where do I get proof of funds?

Sigh...any tips will help
