Thanks everyone for your feedback, it's very helpful and kind of falls in line with what I figured our options might be as this point.  The demand/timeline for appraisals around here is always surprising.

Does anyone have recommendations for lenders that can close in 7 to 10 days?  I'm located in Denver, CO and trying to find some options for a deal that just came up that I need to close quickly on.  Trying to avoid going the hard money route.  Any tips are appreciated, thanks!!

Hi all, I thought this might be a good group to offer up recommendations for a general financial planner.  I'm active within a women's volunteer organization, the Junior League of Denver, and am looking for someone to come speak to our group in January on the topic of financial fitness and general financial planning Q&A with a group of around 40 women from the denver-metro area.  If you're working with a financial expert who loves speaking to groups and helping others plan for retirement and other financial events, I'd love a referral!  Thanks!

Hey everyone, I just wanted to reach out to the Denver investor community and introduce myself.  I moved back to Denver recently and am looking to get involved in the real estate investor community.  I've enjoyed reading a few recent posts, and look forward to contributing moving forward!  

I'd like to also pose a question, does anyone have experience locating wholesalers when moving to a new area, ie. Denver?
