Does anyone have recommendations for lenders that can close in 7 to 10 days?  I'm located in Denver, CO and trying to find some options for a deal that just came up that I need to close quickly on.  Trying to avoid going the hard money route.  Any tips are appreciated, thanks!!

Anyone that can qualify you and close you in 7-10 days will be a hard money lender period. 

If you want to wholesale the deal, I'd take a look at it and close in that timeframe.
