Hello,
Have anybody used ringvirtualcallcenter.com to make the calls on your behalf to potential sellers and how did it go?
Are they legit company?
Looks like the only 2 people who are running this company are Dexter B Saldo and Zirish Banaybanay
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Welcome to BP. I am in a same boat. Which path are you planning to take in real estate? There are so many things you can do it is almost overwhelming at times.

I am selling my property FSBO and Form 28 "purchase and sale agreement" was supposed to be signed by 9/3/2016 9:00 P.M. by both parties. It was signed by buyer and seller on 9/3/2016 before 9:00 P.M. Turnouts Form 41C "Selling Firm's Commission" didn't get attached therefore it wasn't signed which makes the offer/agreement "unofficial" (according to buyers agent) until it was signed by seller on 9/5/2016. Question is, do I (seller) still have legal binding agreement with buyer/agent or can I walk away from the initial purchase and sale agreement?
Thank you,
Mike

@Anna Timasheva Thinking about same thing. Talked to one broker he said some real estate companies would not sell to brokers meaning if you are buying for yourself they would not give you your 3% commission. Besides that I don't see any downside besides time it takes to keep your license.

Thank you @Brett Snodgrass I am reading "The Ultimate Beginner's Guide" and it is great. I definitely want to buy and hold. Just read all the posts about real estate license and it seems to be 50/50 between all BP users.
