Thanks John, but just found out that I have to have an inspection done on the home before I sell it because it is in the city limits. I have my fingers crossed... Thought I asked the right questions before I bought the home, but i guess I did not ask All of the right questions.

Does the guy you mentioned belong to the RICH club? If so I think I need to join just to learn from people who have done it.

It is a Lonnie Deal. I purchased it for $2,000 and I am doing a rent to own for $5,500. The rent is $188/month for 30 months. I have a buyer but now I have to go through inspection through the city.

I always thought that the RICH club was for big real estate deals not the smaller mobile home deals. I have heard both the RICH club and Life Style Unlimited, but I felt as if they focused on single family and apartment type investing.

Just bought my first single wide mobile home, but I still feel like I need more knowledge in the area of mobile home investing. I live in the Houston area and I am looking for a good investment group to join in order to meet more people that are investing in mobile homes.
