Yes I do.  I have two RV's already in place.  I financed these two RVs and put $1,800 down for each one.  The total price was $5,000.  The payment is about $450 per month for 11 months.  I put these two RV's on my two lots and sold each RV for $8,000.  They pay me $270 a month in payments for the RV they put $500 down for each RV and they pay me $300 a month for lot rent.  Each lot and RV brings in $590 per month.  They are owner financing the RV's from me so no calls about fixing plumbing or anything like that. I just recently bought two more lots and I am trying to see if anyone might be interested in partnering. You can either rent your RV out or sale like I did.

Hello Bigger Pockets,

I am looking for any investors in the Houston area who might be interested in partnering with me in the RV business.  I have some lots in Montgomery county Texas that are zoned for RV's.  You buy small RV's and place them on my lots and make great rental income.  RV's are very affordable so you will need little start up money.  If you are looking for a different type of niche contact me as soon as possible.

Hey guys, I have been investing in MH's but recently I have been investing in RV's. So far the rate of return is even better because you can finance a small RV with very little down create very good income cash flow. What are you guys thoughts?

I am thinking about buying a mobile home in an upcoming tax sale in Texas.  My question is how long is the redemption period when you purchase a mobile home in a tax sale in Texas.  If I'm not mistaken if the home is a Homestead then it is 2 years. I'm not sure how it will be if it is not a Homestead.  Any information on this topic will be appreciated.

Need to get some of your wisdom on this situation I'm going through.  I am purchasing a lot that allows mobile homes.  I want to owner finance them in order to make them affordable to buyers for a quick sale.  What type of paper work/documentation do I need in order to make the deal legal?  Do I need to hire a lawyer?  Also if they are making payments do they get the deed when they give me the down payment or do I hold on to it until they pay it off?  And if I keep the deed will they be allowed to purchase a mobile home from a dealer if they do not have the deed in hand?

Anybody ever tried this strategy before? If so, please respond.

I have bought 3 mobile homes in parks and the results have been pretty good. I bought one for 2000 and sold for 3500, another for 600 sold for 4000 and one for 5500 sold for 7500. I am getting payments on all except one because the guy just paid me off.

Currently I'm in the process of getting land  through a tax sale in order to place a new one on my own land. That way i will have more control of my investment.

Thanks Lyall, I plan on attending one of the meetings that the RICH Club is having concerning mobile home investing in July.
