Hey guys,
I am looking at single-family and multi-family homes in Kansas City, MO. I have been doing quite a lot of research and I am unable to find a good house (in terms of cash flow, price/rent ratio, and condition of the house). So, I want to look at off-market properties. Please feel free to share or recommend realtors that can help me find a good house. TIA!

Hey everyone,
Is Ferrelview a good area to invest in for SFH/MFH considering it is just a 4 mins drive from Facebook's data center (that is being developed in Kansas city)? Is Ferrelview a developed area?

Hey, I am looking at Multifamily homes in Kansas City. Please let me know If any of you can connect me to any local lenders that provide services in Missouri. Also, I am a newbie. TIA
So for house hacking I know a person needs to live in the property for at least one whole year before moving out.
Let’s say I house hack a property for which my cousin is going to pay for the down payment. In this situation he wants the property under both of our names.
Now he is married and can’t live in property, however I can. My question is, since the property is going to be under both of our names, do both of us needs to physically live in the house Or I can only live in the property and he can live where he is living right now. What does the law say (since property will be under both of our names)
Any feedback or comments will be highly appreciated.
