@Luke Carlthanks. These are my top 2 options and I am confused which one to go for. When comparing these two,
Nest yale does not have a physical key override. But the code can be removed automatically and we don’t have to manually delete the code. Is it? This is unlike schlage encode

@Andre M. From what I know, codes issued prior to wifi going out will still work. Its just that you cannot issue new codes until wifi is back on

Hello folks,
What are you guys using as smart locks and why? I am looking to be able to issue codes remotely from the phone for the guests duration and also with physical key override.
Would love to know what is being used in STR for entrance camera and smart locks and thermostats.
Guys, sorry for bringing the discussion up again. Since you guys seem local to AR, I was wondering how is Benton city overall interms of investing residential or commercial?
