Thanks for your quick response. I checked your web based software FlipperForce but it doesn't support multiple users at this moment. I like to give access to my team members so they can enter expenses to multiple projects whenever they incur. Let me know if I'm missing any features. Thanks

I'm wondering if you have any recommendations for fix & flip software. I'm NOT looking for lead generation or CRM or property analysis or ARV tools. I just want management software after acquiring the property. Till now, I'm using excel spreadsheets to manage my operations but it is getting tedious with multiple projects. I'm looking for web based software that can analyze deal, Manage/capture costs, do accounting (expenses, holding costs etc), assign tasks, reminders to team of fix & flip project. Also, my employees should able to login and enter expenses for a project. I researched this forum and found so far below - Are there any other products available ?
