I have already discussed this with a member however I am desperate to get a clear cut way to analysis these properties. I know how to analysis 5 units and up just stumped on the smaller ones.

As I said one member is working with me now however it would great to have another approach to the problem.

Mindy: does this program cover Duplexes, Tris and Quads. I am having a very hard time analyzing the multi family properties.

I am trying to figure comps on Duplexes, Tris and Quads. I do not quite understand how you figure comps using the 1.5%. Would you please go into a little more detail on this matter.
