Post: Refining a list through price

Hello BP community!

I am working on a list to start a marketing campaign next week. I have researched through a lot of BP posts and have noticed that many wholesalers do not put a filter on the price of the homes they are marketing to. It seems like it would be a good idea for me to have a filter on the price of the home to tailor to homes that appeals to the broad market or median price of the area.

Let me know what you think

@Glenn McCrorey

Thanks for sharing Glenn. Seems like the heloc was a great way to acquire many properties. I was wondering because I know most banks cut investors off at ten properties. Going to the credit union where there are less restrictions makes since. The idea behind using the difference in appraisal for the down payment is one I have never heard of.

Ryan, I would not worry at all. Do you have multiple investment mortgages already, that is the only reason I would think they would screen you further?
