I have a client looking to invest in Miami. He is looking for something to flip, or fix and rent, $20-$70K range. I usually work with a group in Jacksonville, that gives out a 1K ref. fee, but they don't have anything at the moment. I'd love to collect a ref. check, but even more than that I want to give this buyer a good experience, and at the moment I'm not getting this done.

If you are an agent in Miami, that thinks you can find something for him--I'd love to pass him along while the iron is hot. Thanks.

Elizabeth,

I'd be interested to know how this worked out? I'm am looking in Menifee for an investor, for that same type of property.

How did your contractor work out? I don't have any go to person in that area. I'd love to find someone solid and reliable. Thanks.
