I feel that there are no good strategies for new boots. To be successful they must realize that we all must learn how to crawl before we learn how to walk. And more Important than that is that we all must learn how to fall before we learn how to walk. Quitting is something we learn, it is not born within us.

If a new boot lets fear dictate their life they should stay with the nine to five job. Fear is present in everyone lives. Some of make the choice to not let it dictate our actions.

If you are scared easy go home, if you are ready to do battle, then march on the field.

Another problem I see new investors making is that they hope and want. Life is not designed to give you what you want. Life was designed to give you what you deserve. Mother Nature says to us what fool is this that brings me his need and plants no seed?

If you do plant in the spring, no harvest will come your way.

Do you mean travel trailors? Or Mobile homes?

Please be more precise. I have purchased both of them.
