Hi everyone,
I've been working my way through most of the forums; reading the stickies and whatnot. I'm really impressed with the information you have put together here.

I attended a 3 day Fortune Builder event, and while I decided not to pursue the $25,000 up sell, I thoroughly enjoyed the event and found it very informative. My wife and I are in the process of looking for our first home in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, as well as laying the foundation for a wholesaling RE business.

I appreciate the community here so far. The podcasts are awesome. Thanks to all you seasoned vets giving back to the newbies like us.
