My Latest one in Milan, OH is about 40K in reno. 

Returns should close out at 30K. 

We have buyer and under contract. Just have not closed yet do to government slow down with land split approval for the property. 

@Jim Cran - Our first was in Vermilion, right on the lake.  Next was Olmsted Falls, then Avon Lake and we just finished up our fourth in Milan.

I have put in a few bids with Auction.com So I can answer some of those questions.

1. I just got title insurance for my first couple of times. You will want not want surprises on your first one. Just because they put the info up does not mean they caught every thing.

2. If you are not the winning bid your funds will be released the following Tuesday after the auction on that house has ended.

I own a single family home rental in a Olmsted Falls, Ohio. (Just outside of Cleveland,OH). I have been managing it on my own but now looking for a property management company to handle it and possible others in the future around that area. Any suggestions on quality management companies that I could use?
