Hello, My name is Nancy Mullins.  I became interested in real estate several years ago.  As a family we have had experience with rental properties and distressed properties.  My son-in- law and I have attended training with regard to flipping houses.  We have a mutual interest in acquiring properties that are in need of some tlc that we can turn for a profit.  And why list them with another Realtor?  That's where my license comes in handy.  We have a great working relationship.  Bigger Pockets was recommended to us by my son.  It has taken the guess work and emotion out of the decision process of purchasing homes.  We work in the Northeast side of Cleveland, Ohio.  If you need your home listed, please contact me.
