It’s on Sun Palm Dr. It has 4 beds, 2 baths, pool, hot tub, granite countertops throughout and 2 car garage converted to game room. There is a property management company with good bookings in place.

We're just starting out with rental property in Kissimmee, FL. The house we're running numbers on is showing 7% ROI not factoring in the mortgage. Is that a good return for that area?
