I read that only after 3-4months behind you go to foreclosure.

Hello community 

Does anybody know where to find an online data for defaulted loans, that is free and open to public ?

I specifically looking in Dallas TX, but I am sure any national information might help others

do banks holds such information or must I work through foreclosure data companies ?!

Hello ,
I am currently looking for a bank that allow refinance with low seasoning period , and offer cash out on the refinance. and how long do I have to own the property before the bank will lend the appraised value

If anyone have same experience with out of state banks, I'll be happy to here about it.
