Hi @Lawrence Brocha!

You might want to look into private money loans. There are programs just for fix and flips with rehab funds (up to 90% with 100% rehab funds). These are short term loans 6-12 months. There are other programs available for long term. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi @RonnieMacias! There are several programs that might fit your scenario. You can get a hard money loan that is fully amortized over 30 years.

You shouldn't pay any fees upfront. You will have to pay for the appraisal or bpo yourself.
