@Jeremy Lane  Private money lender will. You can finance up to 90% purchase price with or without rehab funds (up to 100% rehab).

There are several programs and some will fully amortize over 30 years with options 3yr or 5yr fixed or 2/28.

Hi Antonia!

I agree with @Jd Martin. If you have to ask your agent if it's a good deal, you're not ready. Don't get discouraged! Everyone who started REI went through this. Take one step at a time. You should check www.meetup.com and see if there are REI groups in your area. Meet with them and maybe you can partner with someone to begin with or at least learn about their experience. Good luck!
