Greg S, I totally agree with your points on navigating the LTB in Ontario.  It is absolutely set up to protect tenants and the more knowledge you have the better.  I am a property manager in KWC, so if anyone is looking to invest out here, I could help you from a landlord perspective.

Hi Bigger Pockets community.

I am a construction project manager and property manager.  I am looking to invest in my 1st deal (flip) in Ontario.  I am interested in connecting/networking with anyone with Canadian real estate investment knowledge/experience.  Also interested in the US market.  Would also consider strategic investment partnerships, whether to flip or buy and hold, I am open to opportunities.  Looking forward to discussion :-)
