@Nicole A. Renting it wouldn't be a bad idea. I wanted to do a fix and flip but I should consider renting as well. Well I've tried with some hard money lenders such as lending homes, fund that flip and some locals that are here on the bigger pockets resources.

@Brad Chandler I wanted to do a fix and flip. Seeing that there's an average of 2 months on market and based off what my contractor says would cost to fix we're looking at holding the property at least 6 months.

Good morning,

So i've had my eyes on a house in Baltimore, MD in the Washington Village area and it is a sure deal. Just last weekend the prices went up and well I've been trying to apply for loans. The response I get back is either no experience, since I'm new, or loan is to little, just barely 100K. What other options do I have? I know I can convince someone to use their 401K but how can I go about that? Thank you.
