Hello, my brother and I are freshman investors from Vermont just getting our  feet wet inreal estate. So far we have purchases 3 properties, a 6 unit, a single family, and a building lot. We are looking at creative ways to improve a community with aging properties and a ton of potential. Our goal is to begin in residential and transition to commercial properties when the opportunity arises.
